Refunds

A prompt is text: once copied it cannot be returned. That is why we show the first lines and the section index before charging.

   Before you buy

   Every prompt page shows the first 1,500 characters of the text, the section index, the stack and the character count. What you see is what you get.

   Individual purchase

   Bought a prompt and never copied or downloaded it? Ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase and we refund through Stripe. Once copied or downloaded, there is no refund.

3. 03

   Subscription

   Subscribed and never copied a plan prompt? Ask for a refund within 7 days of the payment (each renewal counts too) and we refund through Stripe; the subscription ends right away. Otherwise, cancel whenever you like: the subscription stops renewing and the prompts you bought individually stay yours.

4. 04

   How the money comes back

   The refund goes back to the payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on the card issuer.

   How to ask

   In your account, under Purchases, use Request refund on the order. If it falls within this policy, the refund goes out right away through Stripe. For anything else, write to the contact email in the footer with the order number; we reply within 2 business days.
